RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on all items except: special orders, sale items,
glassware,dinnerware and cutlery sets.  It is suggested that a single place setting is ordered before ordering large quantities.  

Store credit and exchanges are allowed with receipt and original, intact packaging only. Please be certain to return your purchase in
original packaging, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or
exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return
shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. Please
call 1-973-744-5533 for a return authorization. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.

A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 20% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is
based upon freight billing incurred by Piazza Italia.

Please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please
contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a redirect charge should the address need to be changed
while in transit.

Piazza Italia assumes no liability due to late or delayed shipments caused by the shipping contractor.  

Shipping fees from Piazza Italia will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases or exchanges due to
returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless
otherwise stated.

Credits are good for a period of 12 months.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 5 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon
receipt as no claims can be made after 5 days.
All orders are thoroughly examined before shipment to ensure that there is no damage prior to shipping.  All shipments are insured.  
If your order has been damaged during shipping, all packaging must be kept.  Please contact us immediately so that we can contact
the shipping contractor.
